Have you ever wanted to work on a farm-to-table ranch? Twisted V Ranch is now hiring a full-time Ranch Hand, and this could be the perfect opportunity for someone eager to work hard, learn the ropes, and be a part of something meaningful.

Twisted V Ranch is a regenerative, pasture-based ranch focused on raising animals humanely, restoring the land, and connecting our community with clean, locally raised food.

No prior experience? No problem.

We’re happy to train the right person. What we’re really looking for is someone dependable, teachable, and motivated — someone who loves animals and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Takes initiative
  • Enjoys being outdoors, rain or shine
  • Pays attention to detail when working with animals
  • Doesn’t mind getting dirty or working hard
  • Is excited to be part of a sustainable farm-to-table operation

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be dependable
  • Must be teachable and open to learning new skills
  • Must have a positive attitude and flexible mindset
  • Must truly enjoy working with animals

This is a physically demanding, outdoor job that sometimes requires early mornings, late evenings, or unexpected changes in schedule — because, well, that’s ranch life.

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):


  • Daily feeding and watering of animals, including cattle, sheep, goats, broilers, laying hens, and livestock guardian dogs (LGDs)
  • Making hay
  • Fence repair and maintenance
  • Light mechanical duties
  • Mowing and pasture upkeep
  • Clearing fallen trees and brush
  • Rotating pastures and moving animals
  • Assisting with animal health and wellness


Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Full-time, variable schedule. Hours typically fall between 7 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Friday, with some weekends or evening chores as needed.
